BLORA, (blora-ekspres.com) — Peringati HUT ke-2 Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Pemerintah Kabupaten Blora menggelar Festival Investasi dan Job Fair 2023 di Gedung Olahraga (GOR) Mustika Blora selama dua hari, Selasa-Rabu (06-07/06/2023).

“Festival Investasi dan Job Fair 2023 ini merupakan salah upaya Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Blora untuk meningkatkan investasi dan membuka lapangan pekerjaan di Kabupaten Blora dengan demikian perekonomian masyarakat maupun daerah bisa tumbuh,” kata Bupati Blora Arief Rohman.

Kalau investor datang, lanjut Mas Arief, sapaan akrab Bupati Blora, akan terjadi penyerapan tenaga kerja. Oleh karena itu adanya festival investasi dan job fair ini perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan momen ini dengan membuka lapangan pekerjaan.

“Untuk menarik investasi harus diawali dari pelayanan yang baik. Bentuknya, kita harus menciptakan iklim usaha yang kondusif, memberikan pelayanan prima hingga kemudahan perizinan akan terus dilakukan.

Mas Arief meyakini, dengan memberikan kemudahan perizinan maka investor bisa tertarik untuk datang ke Blora.

“Melalui festival ini, banyak manfaat. Akan memberi kemudahan perizinan, baik perizinan berusaha maupun non berusaha bagi para pelaku usaha untuk berinvestasi agar dapat menggerakan roda perekonomian sekaligus menyerap tenaga kerja,” terang Bondan.

Lebih lanjut, Bondan mengungkapkan, ke depan akan diagendakan kegiatan bisnis gathering dengan tujuan memperkenalkan potensi investasi di Kabupaten Blora. Dengan cara itu kedepannya bisa mampu membuka peluang usaha di bidang penanaman modal.

Selain itu, lanjut Bondan adanya festival investasi dan job fair 2023 ini, memfasilitasi dan mempertemukan secara langsung antara perusahaan dengan pencari kerja. Adapun bursa kerja diikuti sebanyak 25 perusahaan nasional dan multinasional serta sebanyak 21 stan layanan dari berbagai OPD Pemkab Blora, instansi vertikal, lembaga BUMD dan BUMN.

Bondan mengaku selama ini ada sedikit hambatan dalam mengelola MPP. Selain SDM kurang juga untuk mensinergikan perangkat daerah, lembaga dan Perbankan agak kesulitan. Namun pihaknya akan terus berusaha untuk menghadirkan mereka di MPP walau hanya seminggu dua kali.

“Mensinergikan perangkat daerah, lembaga, dan perbankan itu tidak mudah, terkadang ada keterbatasan SDM juga. Namun kami akan berusaha menghadirkan mereka walaupun hanya seminggu dua kali di MPP”, ungkapnya.
