BLORA, (blora-ekspres.com) – Belum genap satu bulan pasca peresmian Bandara Ngloram, yang berlokasi di Cepu, Kabupaten Blora pada Jumat (17/12/2021) lalu, Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) kembali melakukan kunjungan kerja di Kabupaten Blora,

Kedatangan Jokowi kali ini, kembali untuk meresmikan salah satu proyek nasional di wilayah barat Blora. Yakni meresmikan Bendungan Randugunting di Kecamatan Japah.

“Alhamdulillah, hari ini kami bisa hadir ke Blora lagi. Bendungan ini bisa segera dimanfaatkan. Bendungan ini memiliki kapasitas tampung air sekitar 14,4 juta meter kubik dan bisa mengairi kurang lebih 650 hektar sawah yang berada di Kabupaten Blora, Pati dan Rembang,” terang Presiden Jokowi, Rabu (05/01/2022),

Dengan selesainya pembangunan waduk Randugunting di Kabupaten Blora ini, lanjut Presiden Jokowi, ketahanan pangan akan semakin baik, kemandirian pangan kita semakin baik. Karena kunci dari ketahanan pangan adalah air.

“Dan air itu akan ada kalau kita memiliki waduk yang sebanyak-banyaknya,” jelas Presiden Jokowi.

Yang terakhir, harap Presiden Jokowi, waduk Randugunting ini nanti juga bisa menjadi tempat pariwisata yang sangat baik bagi Kabupaten Blora dan masyarakat di sekitar Kabupaten Blora.

“Dengan mengucap Bismillahirrohmanirohhim waduk Randugunting di Kabupaten Blora, Prov Jawa Tengah pada siang hari ini saya nyatakan diresmikan,” lanjut Presiden Jokowi didampingi Menteri PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono, Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo dan Bupati Blora Arief Rohman.

Sementara itu, Menteri PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono, menerangkan bahwa pekerjaan fisik bendungan dengan kapasitas tampung 14,43 juta m3 ini dengan biaya sebesar Rp 880 miliar dengan menggunakan dana dari APBN 2018-2022.

Basuki menyampaikan, Pembangunan Bendungan Randugunting berada di bawah tanggungjawab Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Pemali Juana, Direktorat Jenderal (Ditjen) Sumber Daya Air, Kementerian PUPR dengan kontraktor pelaksana PT Wijaya Karya – PT Andesmont Sakti (KSO)

“Bendungan ini bisa selesai lebih cepat 10 bulan dari kontrak yang jatuh pada tahun 2022. Bendungan ini sudah sejak tahun 1990-an direncanakan untuk menambah suplai air bagi daerah kering di Kabupaten Blora dan sekitarnya. Akhirnya pembangunan dapat dikerjakan pada 2018 dan selesai di awal 2022 tanpa kendala teknis untuk konstruksi dan sosial dalam pembebasan lahan,” ucap Menteri Basuki.

Kita tahu, lanjut Menteri Basuki, Kabupaten Blora dan sekitarnya ini termasuk rawan atau langka air. Dengan adanya bendungan ini diharapkan bisa memberikan suplai air baku 200 liter/detik dan irigasi 670 hektare, selain juga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat wisata.

Selain penyediaan air baku dan irigasi, Bendungan Randugunting dengan luas genangan 187,19 hektare juga akan berfungsi untuk mereduksi banjir sebesar 75% atau sebesar 81 m3/detik dengan pengurangan luas areal terdampak banjir dari 4.604 hektare menjadi 2.285 hektare.

Menteri Basuki menambahkan Bendungan Randuguting juga memiliki potensi sebagai sumber Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya dengan sistem solar panel.

“Bendungan ini memiliki potensi untuk solar energi. Jadi kita akan coba memasang floating solar panel di bendungan. Saat ini kita punya 231 bendungan, jika ditambah 61 bendungan yang akan selesai 2024, kita akan punya 292 bendungan. Jika semua kita pasang floating solar panel, energi terbarukan akan bisa berkembang (dari bendungan),”tambah Menteri Basuki.

Tidak hanya Bendungan Randugunting, di lokasi yang sama Presiden juga menandatangani prasasti peresmian Embung Kedungsambi yang berada di Desa Klopoduwur, Kecamatan Banjarejo.

Presiden Jokowi juga berkesempatan melakukan dialog bersama perwakilan petani yang akan mendapatkan manfaat dari keberadaan Bendungan Randugunting.***Red
