BLORA, (blora-ekspres.com) – Polres Blora mulai menggelar rekontruksi kasus penculikan seorang perempuan yang diotaki oleh suaminya sendiri, Jumat (14/01/2022). Sebanyak 29 adegan diperankan oleh para pelaku.

Kasat Reskrim AKP Setiyanto, menyampaikan bahwa rekonstruksi ini dilakukan, untuk memperjelas peran para tersangka dalam kasus tersebut. Rekonstruksi mulai dari awal sebelum kejadian. Dimana dilakukan peragaan adegan per adegan, semuanya langsung diperagakan oleh saksi dan tersangka. “Hari ini bersama JPU kita lakukan Rekontruksi Tindak Pidana Penculikan, dan hari ini diperagakan 29 adegan,” kata Setiyanto.

Kegiatan rekonstruksi sendiri di gelar di sejumlah lokasi. Seperti di Jl Raya Blora Cepu dan Jl Raya Blora Randublatung lokasi korban diculik para pelaku.

Sejumlah warga yang melintas pun tampak memperlambat laju kendaraannya untuk melihat jalannya rekontruksi. Selain para tersangka dalam kegiatan tersebut juga dihadirkan korban dan keluarga.

Setyanto mengatakan selama proses penyidikan, belum ada tersangka baru dan belum ada temuan ataupun adegan tambahan. “Fakta baru sementara belum ada. Semua sesuai dari keterangan para pelaku,” ucapnya.

Adapun kasus penculikan terjadi pada Kamis, (23/12/2022) silam. Dalam kasus ini polisi telah mengamankan 3 orang tersangka yaitu, S, (43), MOS,(33) dan MUS (27). MUS merupakan suami dari korban penculikan SNW.

Dari keterangan MUS, motif penculikan dilatarbelakangi kesal pada istrinya yang berniat menceraikannya. MUS lalu membayar orang untuk melakukan aksi penculikan itu.

Satuan Reserse Kriminal, (Satreskrim) Polres Blora Polda Jawa Tengah menggelar rekonstruksi kasus penculikan, Jumat, (14/01/2022).

Adapun kasus penculikan terjadi pada Kamis, (23/12/2021) silam. Dengan 3 orang tersangka yaitu, S, (43), MOS,(33) dan MUS (27). Ketiganya adalah warga Kabupaten Bojonegoro Jawa Timur.

Kapolres Blora AKBP Aan Hardiansyah,SH,MH melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Setiyanto,SH,MH menyampaikan bahwa rekonstruksi ini dilakukan, untuk memperjelas peran para Tersangka dalam kasus tersebut. 

Kegiatan diikuti oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum Pada Kejaksaan Negeri Blora. Rekonstruksi mulai dari awal sebelum kejadian. Dimana dilakukan peragaan adegan peradegan, semuanya langsung diperagakan oleh saksi dan tersangka.

Selain para tersangka dalam kegiatan tersebut juga dihadirkan korban dan keluarga. Adapun Rekontruksi di gelar di 4 lokasi berbeda. Mulai dari perencanaan, hingga lokasi penculikan dan penangkapan.

“Hari ini bersama JPU kita lakukan Rekontruksi Tindak Pidana Penculikan, dan hari ini diperagakan 29 adegan,” kata Kasat Reskrim AKP Setiyanto.

Dalam Rekonstruksi tersebut Kasat Reskrim menjelaskan belum ada tersangka baru dan belum ada temuan ataupun adegan tambahan.***Red
